Usage rules for sharing files.
  1. When sharing files, the EU-GDPR and local data-protection laws must be respected. Please contact your local data-protection responsible for details.
  2. Downloads to, or uploads from private devices are forbidden!
  3. All actions (Uploads, Downloads, Shares, etc.) done on the Transfer server are logged and archived for later review if required.
  4. Folders created and files uploaded to the transfer server are automatically deleted after 7 days. The transfer server is not meant as additional file storage, it is a temporary storage to share large files with people inside or outside EMS-EFTEC.
  5. The attached usage rules are part of this request and must be adhered to.
  6. Usage of the Transfer Server connecting through the mobile phones hotspot is not recommended. Depending on your mobile phones contract, transferring large amount of data can produce additional cost due to data package overflow or data-roaming cost.
  7. When ending your work, always manually logout from the Transfer Server, using the "Logout" button.
